Our regular pricing includes moving chairs, noral sized sofas, small tables and smaller items if needed. Tv stands, sectional sofas, beds, dressers, and heavier pieces are usually left in place and cleaned around or should be moved before arrival for the job. Every job is different when it comes to furniture moving and I'll do my best to be accommodating.

3. Pre-spray

A preconditioning detergent is applied to break down and emulsify heavy traffic areas and general spots to provide a more thorough cleaning.

4. Pre-spot

Stains and spots are pre-treated with special solution to increase chances of successful cleaning.

5. Soil Extraction and Rinse

We now steam clean the carpet using one of our powerful commercial steam cleaners. Our experts will make sure not to over saturation the carpet or leave any sticky residues behind.

6. Neutralizer

We pH balance every carpet after the steam clean. This further ensures we leave your carpet feeling soft and fresh like it was new.

7. Post Spot Treatment
If there are any spots or stains that are still remaining, we will give them an extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. If you have chosen to extend the life of your carpet and prevent future stains, we will also apply a professional carpet protector at this time.

What is steam cleaning?

Steam cleaning is a form of hot-water extraction that uses high pressure steam to sanitize and clean surfaces. It works by heating water to a high temperature, turning it into steam, and then using steam to blast away dirt, grime, and bacteria. The high temperature also helps to kill bacteria, dust mites, mold, and other allergens.

How often should I have my carpets steam cleaned?

We usually recommend you have your carpets professionally cleaned every 12 months. Not only does this keep them looking their best, it also prolongs the life of your carpet. Some carpet manufacturers may even require cleanings this frequently in order to maintain your warranty.

How long does carpet cleaning take?

The more important question is will your carpet cleaning company take whatever time is necessary to get the job done right? We will! We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and customer care. We will work until your carpets are clean no matter how long it takes! For example cleaning a house with three bedrooms, a living room, hallway and set of stairs takes about an hour on average. 

How long will it take for my carpets to dry?

Most carpets will dry within 6 to 12 hours. However, it can take anywhere from 6 to 24 hours for carpets to dry, depending on factors such as airflow and humidity. Here are some things to keep in mind about the drying process: You can walk on your carpet as it dries, but keep it to a minimum and wear clean shoes, socks or go bare feet. You can significantly reduce drying time by turning on ceiling fans, cranking the A.C up or opening windows to increase airflow.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive? What preparations should I do before the cleaning service?

Before arrival it's always helpful to remove as much from the carpeted floors as you can including removing small furniture such as coffee tables, side tables and anything easily removed. Every job is different and at some jobs furniture is left it place and cleaned around while other customers would rather have it removed. Pre vacuuming can also be helpful before arrival. Putting your pets away before we inter the house is for everyone's safety even if you have the nicest cattiest pets ever!

Our Equipment

Our truck mounted unit provides up to 1200 pounds of high pressure steam flowing at 330 cubic feet per minute! We also have several portable machines that have the power to pull water from as far as 20 feet away! This allows us to get into smaller rooms or areas we just can’t reach with our truck. Again, the real skill is in the knowledge of how to use the equipment to get the cleanest carpets.
