Our 10 Step Carpet Deep Cleaning Process:
1. Pre-Inspection: We will start with a walk through of your home and inspect your carpets. Then we will go over any potential issues or stains and establish the expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.
2. Furniture Moving: Our regular pricing includes moving chairs, small tables and smaller items. Couches, large tables, beds,
dressers, and heavier pieces or pieces that require two people to move will need to be moved prior to
cleaning.
3. Pre-spray: A preconditioning solution is applied to break down dirt, oils and grim including heavy traffic areas and general spots to provide a more thorough cleaning.
4. Pre-spot: Stains and spots are pre-treated with special solution to increase chances of successful cleaning.
6. Hot Water Extraction and Rinse: We will now provide a hot water steam cleaning extraction to your carpets rinsing away all soils and cleaning solutions.
7. Neutralizer: Our rinsing solutions will help with adjusting the pH balance of your carpets. This further ensures we leave your carpet feeling soft and prevent potential browning within your carpet from hard water deposits.
8. Post Spot Treatment: If there are any spots or stains that are still remaining, we will give them an extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. If you have chosen to extend the life of your carpets and prevent future stains, we will also apply a professional carpet protector at this time.
9. Post Steam Groom: Our team member will groom your rug pile to get it to stand up tall like new. This also helps the carpet dry faster and in the correct position.
10. Final Cleaning Inspection: Our team member will perform a final inspection and discuss the cleaning results with you and ensure you are completely satisfied.
