Our Upholstery Cleaning Process
1. We thoroughly examine every piece of furniture before we begin the cleaning process. This is to identify the fabric as well as any stains that maybe present to provide the best cleaning method for your upholstery
2. Next, we spot treat any heavy stains or areas that need special attention and provide a light scrubbing to work the solutions in.
3. It is time for our deep cleaning. Our hot water extraction will pull all of the dirt and soil from your upholstery leaving the fabrics cleaned and refreshed.
4. We will deodorize and add our protector if you have added those options.
5. We then inspect your upholstery to ensure we have met our high standards of excellence and you are completely satisfied.
6. Lastly is the drying process. Our system pulls the dirt and soil from your upholstery while leaving a minimum amount of moisture behind. This allows your furniture do try within hours not days.

Is your carpet cleaning safe for pets and children?
Yes. I use EPA-approved cleaning solutions and by request offer eco-friendly, soap-free solutions. Unlike many "big brand" cleaners that leave behind sticky detergents, my process is non-toxic and leaves no residue, making it 100% safe for households with infants and pets.
After cleaning how long will it take for my furniture to dry?
Most upholstery will dry within 4 to 12 hours. However, it can take anywhere from 4 to 24 hours for some fabrics to dry, depending on factors such as airflow, humidity type of fabric and how aggressive the cleaning process was. You can significantly reduce drying time by turning on ceiling fans, cranking the A.C up or opening windows to increase airflow.
The tag on my upholstered furniture says dry clean only can you still steam clean it?
Yes! In most situations upholstered furniture with dry clean only tags can still be steam cleaned by a professional. Truthfully those tags are usually put there to take away all legal responsibility from the furniture supplier and it does not necessarily mean it's the best way to clean your upholstery. Letting a professional determine the best cleaning method is always best.
